Conducted intensively on an integrated basis, the training is specifically designed to heighten participants' of awareness of ethics in doing business, increase their sense of responsibility as regards their roles in the development of society, strengthen their entrepreneurial insights through a shared learning process, equip the participants with the knowledge they need to develop sustainable advantages for their businesses and provide the participants with the opportunity to evaluate the direction of their lives and businesses as part of a wider social network.
It is hoped that the training will give rise to ethical young entrepreneurs who care about the environment and are imbued with a strong desire to not only become a success but to also be resilient and able to compete in a sportsmanlike manner in all circumstances.
In the case of WMM winners / finalists who have a franchise business, Bank Mandiri also provides training 'How To Franchise Your Business," which provides a comprehensive picture of how to the various processes and stages involved in franchising.
Other forms of training provided by Bank Mandiri to WMM and MYT winners and finalists include training on Building & Maintaining Relationships, Managing the Brand & Customer Experience and Public Speaking with Impact. These are intended to provide an understanding on the importance of developing and maintaining quality relationships, the importance of a brand philosophy that is capable of effectively providing a memorable experience to the customer, and the importance of developing self confidence and demonstrating positive behavior.
