To complement the training provided to entrepreneurial young people, Bank Mandiri provides entrepreneurship mentoring in collaboration with a number of respected institutions. The selection process for participants is quite tight, bearing in mind that the program is intended to provide comprehensive answers to participants’ needs -- not only in the education / training arena, but also through identification of needs, constraints and solutions in the financial management, personnel and promotion arenas.

The intensive entrepreneurship mentoring program involves 4 stages, consisting of a one-day seminar aimed at an initial selection from among all the participants. Those selected are then invited to attend a 3-day workshop. Following this, the participants are screened once again for the purpose of selecting a small number of participants to receive mentoring and other assistance over a period of six months. After the mentoring phase has ended, monitoring of the results is conducted over a further period of six months.
